Congrads on player of the week. The Kid from Westbrook had a heck of a week. I don't think you really understand what he did. But, so be it. I am sure the kid who won is very deserving. Good Luck.

The determing factor was that his team lost and Ricossa's won....Maybe not the best deciding point, but it will have to do

Congratulations to Nathan Ricossa for winning Player Of The Week. He continued his hot streak against BC Tuesday night. 2-3 with a double and and a run and he got hit by a pitch. He had four put outs including satarting a 4-6-3 double play.

I know it's a little late but if you want to count put outs, the game Powell pitched he struck out 15, fielded 2 ground balls for put outs at 1st, picked off a guy at first and also caught a line drive hit back to him. Then if you count the pasted ball that also struck out a player he had 16 k's. He also threw out a runner at second to start a double play that did not complete. The other 2 outs were a ground ball to second and a pop out to second. But other than that he had a good week. But my vote is still to the Westbrook kid. Awsome job of hitting by a great kid. But we wil let it be, the other did a great job also. Just had to add my .02.

Of course, according to the selection process, his game last night won't matter because his team lost. In fact, if you play for a team that doesn't win, that makes you ineligible. Tougher standards than what I'd think....
