I believe the final was 37-14 (xp was good, penalty and good again on last score).

Good win by the Bobcats. One game at a time.

Agreed, "good win by the Bobcats". The district is generally equally horrible after SA. With the current playoff format, HD may be able to carry on their tradition of making the playoffs and being eliminated immediately.  When combined with "utterly pathetic" pre-district schedule, HD will have a "good" season "again". Will be interesting to see which teams in the district are able to be the "worst".

Yes, they live in an alternate world where "slow" is "fast" and "no talent" is "talent".

So HD has 0 talent?

They occasionally have a talented player come through. When assessing the full body of work, HD can be viewed as a "slow" and generally "low talent" endeavor. The shallow talent pool is routinely on display through HD playoff performance.

I am aware that HD stacks up well with the many historically pathetic programs of SETX such as West Hardin, Burkeville, Deweyville, Colmesneil, etc. If one was from "Sabine Pass", they may very well be impressed with HD. If an individual is from "San Augustine", they would view HD as "bye week" and enjoy a quick and easy film session on Saturday.
