Why was Megan Kelly fired

If NBC fired Megan Kelly with just cause, why is Lester Holt still around?  The below includes changing skin color and being disrespectful to a woman.

Because of his skin color!!

She’s getting paid a $69 million dollar buyout to not work.  She should have tried to get fired a lot sooner.  

 

If anyone wants to pay me $69 mil, I will say whatever they want.  I may even talk good about Obama

They say, “everyone is for sale for a price”.  Well, I’m with you PM19, for $69 Million I’ll say pretty much anything they want.  Of course my disclaimer of a sorts - Once I get the money, they can color me gone
