Maybe Stallworth Stadium in Baytown. It's about an hour drive for both schools.

For these two teams, yes. Home side is big enough for Silsbee, visitor side is big enough for Shepherd.

They put new stands on the "old" visitors side that are bigger than the ones in the Texas Bob picture?

I'm guessing they didn't put a new press box on the "new" Home side because under ADA Law, they would have had to put in an elevator.
