Built before the law was put into place.

I think it was a 2010 law, that went into effect in 2012, any press box over 500 square feet has to have an elevator, if I'm not mistaken.

So, I guess you could build three Separate 40 x 12 boxes and connect with a covered awning. Voila! No elevator!

Actually, I think the law also states that if more than one press box is present, the total square footage can not exceed 500 square feet.
