What was avoidable is a school the size of Alvin not having a more competitive basketball program. Of course there could be some valid reasons - several top players may be sick, or benched for disciplinary reasons. Just hate to see kids/schools getting shortchanged. If no valid reason, the Alvin School District needs to step up. Jmo

OneChance
That’s why Alvin couldn’t make the playoffs even with Savion Flagg, because he had nobody else on the team.

Was talking about that tonight. He was top 100, almost top 50 in the country by some services. And they still weren’t very good.

Bear Cave
Cleveland 61, LCM 38. Bears led by Braden Bridges with 22, but it wasn't enough to match Cleveland's Chance Brown with 34. We will look to bounce back tomorrow at 11 vs Alvin. WALLYtheBEAR

Boneyard Boys
Any update on how Vidor did or is doing? I imagine Lufkin would have a pretty good basketball team but who knows.
