Many times. Lot's of schools have cooperated with schools playing for state championships in other sports.

In this case, game could be moved to Saturday the 22nd

Great question.   In reality, the result will be the same either way.  But if Silsbee requested it to be rescheduled, I don’t see a big deal in doing so.
