The initial reports from last week was simply, “The French Protest Higher Fuel Prices”.  Now the truth is coming out.  The higher fuel prices are the result of a “carbon footprint” tax imposed by President Macron, and set to increase periodically.  I’d suggest that had we stayed in the Paris Accords, we’d be facing the same type tax.  Hats off to the French protestors.

There is a lot more to this than the fuel tax, but the media isn’t covering it.  Macron and the lefties socialist policies are going to bankrupt their country.  The French citizens are getting fed up with having to pay for basically unlimited migration.  Now Macron is trying to make it a crime to criticize migration calling it hate speech.  They’ve lost their minds.

If the Repubs were smart(which they aren’t) they would be publicizing this failed socialist program in France every chance they got   Trump is doing a little trolling, but not much else.

This was my favorite class to study in College.

I ve said it for years.  You fix the border issue you fix many problems in this country and that goes for all countries.

But you must remember, 5Gallon, how "important" it is that we remain "compassionate" and "caring".  After all, President Obama said this is "who we are"

 Also we need more agape love than any other type. This country was founded on Christianity. Agape love encompasses a whole lot. One being discipline/justice.  We keep allowing foreigners in then pride for country will go out the window along with its history along with standards.

As far as our nations southern border is concerned Texas is really the only conservative State.  And given how well Beto did. The future could change.
