Great season Tigers.  Tough game to lose with so many opportunities.  You knew after we went ahead that they were going to put it in Whittington’s hands and he delivered.  We did pretty good at least limiting him most of the night, sure he made his catches but we kept the big play away.  Great turn around from early on and you went toe to toe tonight.

That fumble killed it...

That guy talks as if Cuero beat Silsbee down or something Silsbee self inflicted late and lost the outside run was there all night but Silsbee Coach continued to run up the middle so yeah Cuero was sweating bullets until that fumble so take the victory and be happy and go beat pleasant grove Silsbee is very young and will learn from this great experience they have all their running backs coming back next year.

Fact is weather kept you guys in the game again but your luck ran out tonight. Our turnovers are what made it close and the td called back on a penalty that can be called every play. Just stating facts.

Weather??? Yes turnovers played a big part such as a 2 pt int return that changed the xp tries the rest of the game. And the one that ended it. And when it’s an obvious hold it’s goung to be called just like they were on us.  You won congratulations.  Now go see how you handle pleasant grove.  One thing about it your coaches and players won’t forget Silsbee anytime soon.
