hjbsbll09 Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 of course im going to say coach robb kirkland, because im on his team, but he certainly has defied the odds. he has stepped up to the challenge and led our team to a great and unfinished season. great job coach kirkland.
Brujins44 Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 Kyle Green, and for a WB fan to say that! He thoroughly impressed me and I truly believe that great things will come out of the Vidor program very soon
MrUmp1 Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 I say lets wait and vote when all the playoff games are in. Any coach in this area that gets to go to Austin gets my vote. Also IMO there are coaches out there that maybe their team didn't make the playoffs but still did a great job coaching their teams. High School Coaching is about alot more than wins and loses.
3amagic Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 True, Mr. Ump. There were several outstanding jobs done this year only to fall just a bit short of the playoffs. Central and Nederland both come to mind.
bignasty69 Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 Coach Fogo of HJ deserves this award for his undying passion for the game of baseball...he worked long and hard with all the hitters and he was very insparational to all the players...when i see coach Fogo form the dugout i just want to catch every ball that comes near me...just so i can hear him tell me what a great job i did...if coach Fogo dosen't get this award then Coach Kirkland should...the reason is he has made HJ a contender...not a pretender...with all the trash talk before the year started...and he does have the coolest hair in the state.
hjhawks Posted May 3, 2007 Report Posted May 3, 2007 bignasty69:PLEASE do something more productive with your time. I am sure there is some Webmastering stuff you could be doing, rather than being on here.
