Faith Family High School in Dallas

Is this a private or charter school? Is this their 1st year of basketball. They are ranked #2 in 4A as well. Has anyone seen them play?

It is a charter school.

Saw where they won the BH Gulf Coast Tourney.

Not sure who all they played in tourney. But I do believe they were the smallest classification school in the tourney

Be it skill and talent, put together legitimately or by hook & by crook, whatever, the DFW is not going to stay down forever.   You have to first of all win your region. Then if you play them, whoever them is, in SA,  lace em up and go at it with the right attitude.  Back to back to back is very rare, but...it can be done.  You gotta take it though.  It won't be given to you.

Silsbee will be the most battled tested team in 4A... If played right they will get the Triple in SA.

No UIL team should have to compete with academies for state titles anyways. It's bs. I can almost promise you all those kids ain't from the same neighborhood.

Dallas Jesuit is also having a really good year in basketball.

Faith is a publicly funded, open enrollment charter school that draws from districts all over the Dallas area encompassing thousands and thousands of kids.  Perhaps more kids than total population of most 4A districts. And obviously this one is a bit of a basketball magnet.  Carter is a good team but they were simply outmanned.  I don't think we'll se a rematch.

Sounds like they should be playing in 6A if they're pulling from thousands and thousands of kids.

I think Silsbee if we make it to state will me more than ready to go to battle.

I" don't see Silsbee losing another game this year. Just my opinion
