Game 1 we are home and it starts at 7:30...

if we play up to our ability, we will be good...have scouted BC for the past 2 games now so our coaches know what we will be facing...im looking forward to this series...we played our warm-up game last night against #3 in 4A Montgomery and lost 8-1...im sure we'll work hard this next week in practice and be up for the challenge...

well i don't know...we have a young pitching staff, only one senior...wins leader is a Freshman by the name of Looper and i believe he's like 8-2 or 9-2...all of our pitchers go out and compete though...

Picking a three game series against BC is smart.  A team would not be smart to hang the whole season on beating Stringer in a one game playoff.  (Unless you only have one pitcher, then what the heck.)

I think that Bryant prefers the 3 game format. So both coaches may have wanted a 3 game series

This could be a competetive series. BC always impresses me with their defense, they are just solid in all positions.

I'm going to look up last years scorebooks as Wharton beat us in our State tourney of Babe Ruth last summer and we had to double dip them to advance

last year. We had Robichau of Vidor , Sampere and Richard of Nederland throwing against them and Wharton can play.

It should be a good series.

im looking forward to this week...we will have to work hard in practice and hopefully we can show we can play with anyone in the state tournament...but yes i bet this series is going to be a tight one...
