stang4life Posted May 6, 2007 Report Posted May 6, 2007 Good luck Jared Parker in Austin. I agree, pole vault is very precision-based. At regionals, we were able to watch some of the girls and whew...I couldn't do it...that's for sure. One question. There was one girl who was wearing a safety helmet, which we all thought was an excellent idea. I know that it is probably a distraction, but I am surprised that more don't choose to wear them or that they are not required. Just a thought!
Guest car ramrod Posted May 7, 2007 Report Posted May 7, 2007 some schools do require it. i think h-j middle schoolers have to wear the helmet.
stang4life Posted May 7, 2007 Report Posted May 7, 2007 Pretty neat "little" article in the Bmt. Enterprise today. The film analyzation was pretty cool. Again, good luck Mr. Parker!!! ;DMy breakdown would have one more clip...the ambulance peeling me off of the runway because I would never make it in the air!
