UNLV Posted May 12, 2007 Report Posted May 12, 2007 is a number 3 seed a little low for this golf team?...or does it really even matter...seeding with golf i meanActually LU got screwed in the seeding. LU is ranked 3rd in the nation. However itreally doesn't matter. All I hope is the guys come out with the same fire they had when they destroyed the SLC. If so, so planning a national championship party.
Guest coachacola Posted May 12, 2007 Report Posted May 12, 2007 Do seedings even matter much in golf? The top 10 teams from each region advance to the championship round. But it is odd the #3 ranked team in the country get's a 3 seed in a regional tourney. Oklahoma State is the #1 seed and they are the defending national champs, so I can understand maybe a 2 seed for LU, but not a 3 seed.
Guest WBFan09 Posted May 12, 2007 Report Posted May 12, 2007 i just dont get the seeding except for seperating the teams thats about it other than that it shouldnt matter its not like they are going head to head against anyone
