I think that Asa Cardenas at Nederland is going to have a good year. 6 foot and about 160, has decent speed and great leaping ability. Just needs to stay outta grade trouble.

I look forward to watching Nederland's new spread offense this year when they play Brenham in week zero at Reliant.  It should be a different look than when we

(La Marque)saw them last year.  La Marque will play Port Neches Groves as part of the double header that same day.  Should be a good day to watch high school football.

I like your website, very information and a very good fan base. Keep up the good work.

A.J. Dugat - Dayton

Should stand out this year. He stood out last year as a sophmore.

Yea, this kid has plenty of speed and tons of skills. I did see him drop 3 tds against LCM and I think it was him that dropped a punt at the png 2 yd. line that was recovered by the indians.  He did however, make an outstanding TD catch in traffic against LCM. I know this kid is a keeper and will most likely get a shot at college ball.

Good nomination for stand out reciever !

I don't recall seeing him drop many passes. Could be confusing him with another player, he has great hands.

Here are 2 examples:

nice catches and good nomination....do yall think he will be able to play on the next level?

He is strong, fast, and getting taller. At spring practice he is alot bigger already than last season. He will be able to play at the next level.

Not confused, I remember the one he caught but he dropped two more in the end zone and one across the middle that he would have scored on. But like I said, he's a keeper and he has my vote !

Donavan Harris of Silsbee was a very good reciever last year for the Tigers. Look for him to have a better year this year if he's not called on to play quarterback. At '6 "2, 185 with sprinter speed( regional champion in the 110 meter hurdles ), he'll get some looks from some Div. I schools for sure.

I just found out that Donavan won state in the 110 Meter Hurdles in Austin with a time of 14.2.  Watch out for him this season!

Now the state 110 meter hurdle champion. Congrats Donavan.

Big and very fast with great hands, that's what I like in a reciever.

I heard that AJ play some QB next year is that true?

He does practice at QB, he can play QB he's got an arm.

Here is a clip of him throwing a pass to Paul Fontenot. It got called back though.
