It will be a glorious Saturday morning for the Woodville Lady Eagles as they compete for the Texas UIL Class 3A State Championship!!!

Troy Carrell's Lady Eagles, now 39-1 on the season, took the following road to the State Championship Final:

Bi-District - Hardin, 96-44

Area - Hitchcock, 56-43

Region III Quarterfinals - Coldspring-Oakhurst, 60-43

Region III Semifinal - Keene, 50-40

Region III Final - Franklin, 59-38

State Semifinal - Poth, 68-48

Meanwhile, the Lady Devills, now 36-0 on the season, reached the final via the following:

Bi-District - Omaha Paul Pewitt, 69-18

Area Round - Elysian Fields, 73-27

Region II Quarterfinal - New Boston, 80-28

Region II Semifinal - Mineola, 70-55

Region II Final - Edgewood, 42-38

State Semifinal - Wall, 53-49 (OT)
