While surrounding area refineries have expansions, why would anyone have a problem with a brand new one being built here. Print pack will close at the end of 2019 and others have done nothing but downsize for years. We need all the help we can get.

I agree with savvy negotiating. I also think giving away too much can be counterproductive. However, companies nor citizens are flocking to Orange County. Our elected officials need to be bending over backwards to pull businesses and people in. If they lose the Chevron deal Crooks could be a one term judge.
