This is a horrible situation and the boy should be significantly punished for his wrong doing. But, how is the SCHOOL DISTRICT responsible for the kid distributing the video? This is ridiculous.

Yep, and this is another situation where mommy and daddy will do everything to keep the kid out of trouble. School shouldn't have any responsibility, this one should fall on the kid and the parents, and unfortunately this is a situation where the parents won't accept any responsibility and think their kid did no wrong. Just look to Nacogdoches ISD as to what happens when you let kids get away with things like this. There are two D-1 baseball commits that wont be playing and will be doing jail time thanks to mommy and daddy.
