Cat22 Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 Just saw where Toby Foreman has accepted a position at Baytown Lee.
DP#1FAN Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 I think Toby's next move after Baytown Lee will be a Head Coaching job. Good luck to him on the move.
WO-S 89 Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 Toby was one coach we could not afford to lose. I sure hope that Coach T defense will produce a lot of shutouts because the playcalling will kill us again this year.
Bigdog Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 Kind of surprised at that. Didn't he just rejoin WOS' coaching staff or is that his dad?
Guest etbu Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 Want to wish Toby the best and he and his father are a class act. Good luck to Coach Foreman.
WO-S 89 Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 Kind of surprised at that. Didn't he just rejoin WOS' coaching staff or is that his dad?Toby is the son of Mark Foreman. Mark Foreman come back to WO-S to get a chance to coach with his son Toby and then retired last Dec.
WO-S 89 Posted May 17, 2007 Report Posted May 17, 2007 WOS OFFENSE IS IN TROUBLE NOWI hope the old saying is true "DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS" because the playcalling want get us far. ??? ??? ???

Guest wos89 Posted May 17, 2007 Report Posted May 17, 2007 I KNEW THAT WAS COMING. ;D MAYBE 3RD PLACE
WOS92 Posted May 17, 2007 Report Posted May 17, 2007 WOS OFFENSE IS IN TROUBLE NOWToby is a great coach. However, WO-S's offense has been "in trouble" when it comes to playcalling for the past 10 years. The last few have been salvaged by talent on the field despite lousy playcalling, in my opinion. That talent will be there again this year. I'm not saying we're shoo-ins for the district title, but I wasn't saying that WITH Toby, either. It does suck to lose one of the best coaches on our staff, not to mention one of the better young coaches in the state.
stang4life Posted May 17, 2007 Report Posted May 17, 2007 Tobe is a coach that these Mustang players relate to. He is young and very involved. He will definitely be missed, but maybe, just maybe some day...he will return to WO-S. I hope so. :'(As for class...I have NEVER met anyone with as much class and as genuine as Coach Mark Foreman. I told him the night that we lost to Giddings to tell his daughter that she was the luckiest girl in the world to have him as a father. He still attends many athletic events (in fact, just saw him at the state track meet). A true inspiration to these young kids and he will be sorely missed. Of course, Tobe has to have inherited some of those traits! Good luck Tobe and don't forget the Mustangs...present and past!!! Hope to see you back in about 3-4 years!!!
