Bobcatfan4life Posted May 21, 2007 Report Posted May 21, 2007 I need directions to Woodville's baseball field as well as Morris Frank Park in Lufkin. If I'm not mistaken Woodville's field is off 190 going towards Livingston on the left? I've been to Morris Frank but can't remember how to get there once I get to Lufkin. I'll be coming from Highway 69. Thanks
Red1 Posted May 21, 2007 Report Posted May 21, 2007 Hmm, I would be interested in the Woodville directions as well..........cause I thought it was right off 69 where 287 takes off to the west!! Or was that a middle school?? Help???

If I was guessing I would say about 3 to 4 miles out. HS is on 287 but there are no athletic facilities there expect gym and tennis court.

brianm1530 Posted May 21, 2007 Report Posted May 21, 2007 Yes to get to the Woodville High School baseball field you take HWY 190 West of out of Woodville. You pass the Heritage Village home of the Pickett House, it is on the right. Then you pass Riley Funeral Home and Trinity Assembly of God on the left. Once you top the hill the airport is to the right and the little league complex is to the left. The HS field is in the back of the complex. Also, Woodville now has their football stadium at the high school to go along with the tennis courts, and basketball.

brianm1530 Posted May 22, 2007 Report Posted May 22, 2007 Its in the very back of the complex. The old field is against the highway and the new field is the opposite side of the complex.
Guest Diva Posted May 22, 2007 Report Posted May 22, 2007 Wave to my people as you breeze through Huntington! ;D
Guest backspin Posted May 23, 2007 Report Posted May 23, 2007 Woodville's auxillary field is better than most team's game fields. My boy Wilroy does a great job keeping it up.Morris Frank is awesome, too.
