I just completed my first pass through 3A and now have histories started on all 174 teams in the classification

Here are a few stats I compiled and posted over on the downlow.  I thought I'd put them up here because there are quite a few SE Tx teams making a fine showing.

And since I've had so many comments about how comparing all-time winning percentages between programs of vastly different ages gives an unfair advantage to the younger programs, I've divided them up by total games played.

Surprisingly, it's the OLDER programs that actually seem to have the advantage! Just compare the winning percentages of the #8 ranked teams in each of the following categories and you see a consistent fall as you move to the  younger programs.   In fact, among the 91 programs in 3A that currently have a winning percentage above 50%, only 10 of them have played less than 500 games in their history (that's 50 seasons or less), and 3 of those 10 are in district 21-3A.
