Guest JoesBros Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Who is the best HIGH SCHOOL QB ya'll have seen in this area play? They dont have to neccesarly be ones who ended up in college or the pros. Mine is Dustin Long just being a little impartial there since I graduated with him.
bigred75 Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Is this the same thing as a quarterback?????????????? Just busting your chops.....
Guest JoesBros Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 haha good one....BTW has BC ever had a QB before?
bigred75 Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 NO we produce lineman...................................
KFDM COOP Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Best Running QB i've ever seen was Beasley.
Guest JoesBros Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 I knew you would be the first one to say Beasley Kerry.
bigred75 Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Yeah come on that WOS stuff is making me sick. Come on change the title back to Quaterback, I liked it better...............................
KFDM COOP Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Just telling the truth, seriously the best runner i've ever seen! You can ask alot of Coaches that that played against him!
bigred75 Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 I know he was a good running quaterback as JoesBros stated earlier..............I was just giving you grief because you saying Beasley right off the bat.
KFDM COOP Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 I know he was a good running quaterback as JoesBros stated earlier..............I was just giving you grief because you saying Beasley right off the bat. :pp :damnfunny
Jsmity Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 Craig Stump wasnt too bad(parade All-American)
adminbaberuth Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 Craig Stump wasnt too bad(parade All-American) He was my second choice along with James Brown of Westbrook.
Guest JoesBros Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 James Brown is a good choice. Anyone (im sure the WOS peeps will) remember Ryan Robertson from PNG in the late 80's early 90's
WOS92 Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 With 3,300 total yards and 47 total touchdowns in a single season, you can't laugh at Beasley as a selection, homer pick or not. I'd say Beasley as well, with Long as a close second.
Guest JoesBros Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 Im not saying he wasnt a good QB I just knew that when I started this thread he would be the first one Coop would of picked. Plus how many dominate QB's has WOS has had in the past like Beasley?
KFDM COOP Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 They've had some good ones! There's to many to post here right now.
adminbaberuth Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 With 3' date='300 total yards and 47 total touchdowns in a single season, you can't laugh at Beasley as a selection, homer pick or not. I'd say Beasley as well, with Long as a close second.[/quote'] Beasley is best 3A QB that I've ever seen. No one comes close.
Cat22 Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 Jeff Granger (All American in Football and Baseball)
bigred75 Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 I agree James Brown was good, Granger was good as well.
jdawg03 Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 Ricky "Rodriguez" Mitchell from Jasper was every bit as good as Beasley both running and passing...plus he had a more impressive track record, leading his team to the 4a Quarterfinals in 01 and the 3a Semifinals in 02....His smaller size kept him from being recruited by colleges....If you ever saw Ricky play, you know what im talkin about
