Of course it is since Mueller produced nothing.   This is just like Global warming.   At some point in the future, something bad is going to happen and if the first prediction doesn't work out, I'll just hop onto the second one, then the third, etc etc etc.  If SDNY interested you so much, why didn't you make that statement while the "investigation" by Mueller was taking place.
