Morgan Posted June 5, 2007 Report Posted June 5, 2007 i think jasper will be in the championships column after this year
Bulldog92 Posted June 5, 2007 Report Posted June 5, 2007 i think jasper will be in the championships column after this yearI hope you're right, but let's get through tomorrow first. Wylie is a very good baseball team and we have a lot of work to do... ;D
j_dog Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 i think jasper will be in the championships column after this yearWe have to get by tomorrow first, something Jasper has not been able to do in five tries. The players better not have been reading their press clippings or they will join the other very good Jasper teams that got bumped out at this stage.

Hupernikomen Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 wasnt coach Hannigan the coach for those 2 years??????Don't know if he was at Spurger, but knew he was at Colmesneil before Woodville.
Woodvillefan Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 wasnt coach Hannigan the coach for those 2 years??????You are correct. Neil Heningan was the coach at Spurger for those two years. He then moved to Colmesneil and Woodville and coached the schools to the state tournament in 2000 and 2005, respectively.
DaDawg Fan Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 Very interesting read and great piece of work. There is nothing like high school sports in Southeast Texas.
