numbertwo Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 Kinda weird to do a poll when only 16 teams have a chance to win the championship, and with some of the teams being ranked but out of contention, and still be over teams who are..
TradinUp BH Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 Great to see the over rated t.u. Longhorns staying home. I can't understand why thier still in the top 10
JMay Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 Now lets just hope the Owls avoid the upset this weekend.
Plasma10 Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 so wait...Texas and Vanderbilt are ranked in the top 10...but are FINISHED with their season?...they shouldn't even be in the top 16!!! they are eliminated!!! finished!!! done!!! how can you rank them in the top 10!?!?...just amazing...
DenisGScott Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 not saying it is right nor it is fair but Texas does tend to get a pass from the voters due to all of the national championships they have won in the sport and that they are still a very competitive program
JMay Posted June 7, 2007 Report Posted June 7, 2007 I doubt Wichita State, CSF, Michigan, Oregon State, et. al. really care if Texas and Vanderbilt are ranked in front of them right now. I'd take #22 and still playing instead of #7 and going home for the summer any day.
hj27 Posted June 8, 2007 Report Posted June 8, 2007 Vanderbilt was ranked number 1 all year, they cant drop 20 spots because they had a bad tournament and how is texas overated they are good every year and kyle russel hit 27 homeruns, they can not be overated if year in and year out they get the job done
