WOW!  Did Jasper get noticed or what!!!     

Are the stats etc posted at UIL?  I expect some of the Jasper hitters will have their name added to the all time high list.

And from what I heard at RR from folks from other areas, BC had the best team.  Just didn't win.

I think they must have gone heavily on batting averages at the tournament.  Otherwise, how do you pass over Will Middlebrooks who was drafted in the fifth round ?  ???  He pitched a good game against Sinton.  And he played a good game at short, but had no hits and got one walk.  But, then so did Parsons pitch a good game against Wylie.

congrats to all the jasper players for finally getting recognized.....i grew up playing baseball with that group of guys and i know how hard they work at baseball and they all deserve this honor.....great job guys!!!!

That is incredible with all the talent BC had.  This year it was Sinton odd man out.  Wylie got one player, and LE two.

Same thing happened at the 4A and 5A level...tournament champion had 7 players on the all-tourney team.
