Bridge City 5 Little Cypress-Mauriceville 1/FINAL

A couple of Orange County teams battle tonight to stay in reach of the top of the District 22-4A race as the Little Cypress-Mauriceville travel down Hwy 87 to take on the Bridge City Cardinals.

Steve Griffith's Bears, 6-2 in district come off of a 4-3 win over Lumberton on Friday.  Meanwhile, Chad Landry's Cardinals, 7-1 in district, were last in action ten days ago in 10-3 win over Silsbee.  The Bears won the first meeting between these two, a 5-3 decision in Little Cypress.
