Jasper ran into the same thing the last four years once they made it to state. They lost about 6 games total outside of the playoffs in their four consecutive runs to state, cake walked through our region every year, but couldn’t win a championship (although they came close last year). It’s just a totally different level of competition once you get out of east Texas. Quote
