Collin has been added to the Tri City Valley Cats roster, short season (A)

      HOUSTON (AP) - The Houston Astros today announced deals with 26

players taken in the first-year player draft.

      Terms weren't released.

      The list includes ten pitchers.

      Among the 26 is a fifth-round pick -- Lamar outfielder Collin

DeLome.

      Also reaching a deal was Florida Southern pitcher Brett

Robinson.

      His father is Astros director of pitching development Dewey

Robinson.

      Here are the other players:

      -- Luis Pardo, a pitcher from Florida Gulf Coast University

      -- Matthew Cusick, a second baseman from U-S-C

      -- Brian Pellegrini, a third baseman from St. Bonaventure

      -- Craig Corrado, a right fielder from Tampa

      -- Mason Roberts, a pitcher from Cisco Junior College

      -- Brian Espersen, a pitcher from Mercyhurst College

      -- Jonathan Fixler, a catcher from Indiana

      -- Kyle Miller, a catcher from Central Florida Community College

      -- Bernard Anderson, a right fielder from New Orleans

      -- Charles Gamble, a third baseman from North Carolina A-and-T

State

      -- Philip Stringer, a shortstop from Auburn

      -- Kevin Carkeek, a catcher from Oakland University

      -- Sal Iacono, a catcher from Princeton

and also vaunted free agent pitcher Chan Ho Park, that should increase the opoosition's offense though they sent him to AAA, but you wouldnt think they signed him to keep him in Round Rock, so soon he'll be in Houston giving up home runs better than Light Em Up Lidge
