I’m a Bobcat fan and I think we got our share of calls as well. The tag play at the plate was correct, the runner was tagged on the back. The balk call was questionable because it looked so out of the ordinary. I don’t think there was a move toward the plate by the pitcher but there was also a double clutch before the pick. OF benefitted from 3 check swing calls that were not called strikes. To say the umps caused OF to lose is disrespectful to Coach Terrier and the Cougars, they played well and deserved to win. I’m a Buna fan and our boys and coaches won that game. The Orangefield fans were crying about the umpire and they were cheated. Quote
