At 10-14 highly doubt coaching cost you this many games.

Kids are not getting better from freshman grade up.

What are those kids doing in the summer?  Come on most hs coaches are not making kids better. That's done during the summer and off season. I'm nor arguing at all...I just know that player development is done during the off season. I know a few kids off that team. Good group of boys but coaching is just a small part of it. Wish u guys luck next season.
