Stang...No Offense to ur Ideas, but, Protein is definitly needed for your kids muscles to rebuild back to maximum status. Now, I'm not saying you need/have to go buy a whey protein bottle/jar/jug or w/e, but try to get protein in their systems. Like you said through snacks or w/e. Whey Protein doesn't always make you bigger. As long as u still get outside and run and conditon along with working out, you should stay somewhat the same size.

So the only way that you can gain weight is up your calorie intake...........

Eat bro .. thats the key..

i drink nitrotech throw in a couple raw eggs..

drink nuthin but water and juice

and take megga menns multi-vitamin

so that and excercise.. youll be aight..

just run alot.. so youll stay quick..

Of course you don't get 'quick' just by running alot... There is Power Clean, blechers, running uphill, also running downhill helps your stride, you can practice starts for 40s or track races, and of course doing your quick shuttles.
