He is originally from Newton. His wife is Rhonda Williams. They both have coached at Burkeville before. He was the track coach at central and BU.

I remember Coach Harper well. He had the Mustangs rollin' back in the day! I hope Coach Williams can return them to their glory, but that's a big job...
