Mueller had his 8 minutes to show his incompetence.  His, “We can’t charge a sitting president” is bs.  Ken Starr used the words Guilty 13 times in his report of Bill Clinton.  And then, there were many people on Trumps campaign.  He didn’t charge any of them.  Regardless, his job was a report of his findings.  He didn’t have to indict a sitting president, he could’ve gave the information to Congress to do that.
