Un-freaking-believable.  And they reduced his sentence because he’s old and in poor health. Best bet, he’s out after 2 years, so he can do it again.  I realize the 3 strike rule might cause a few problems, but how about a 5 strike rule, or 10.  Durn, draw a line in the sand somewhere.  Freaking liberals.
