FactCheck Posted June 30, 2019 Report Posted June 30, 2019 Does anyone follow the 7 on 7 state tournament? I know the championships were today, but I was interested to see if there is any correlation between 7 on 7 state champions and actual football state championships. Has anyone seen a correlation in the years past? I will be looking into it this year. Quote

FactCheck Posted June 30, 2019 Author Report Posted June 30, 2019 As far as athletes are concerned.... Carroll has one of the best safeties in the country (Clemson commit RJ Mickens). A&M Consolidated has a 3-star WR committed to OU (Brian Darby), another uncommitted 3-star WR (Devin Price) and an uncommitted 3-star CB (Nate Floyd). Pleasant Grove has a 3-star RB committed to BYU (Bruce Garrett). The other three teams have no kids that have been rated for the 2020 class. Quote

Or a TE or something like that Quote
