Silsbee definitely has a premiere player at the PG position if he returns. Tough to get to the state tournament out of this region especially when you lose two players of the caliber of Adams and McCain plus the rest of the seniors they lost.

How will Silsbee stack up vs the Region? I know Yates will be stacked as usual.

Yates lost a lot but will probably have a few move-ins. Silsbee could make some noise if Bush stays(heard rumblings he could leave). One of the teams to beat IMHO will be Waco Connally.  HJ should be in the mix. They will be young but I’ve heard good things. The Sears kid will be one of the better sophomores around.

And what about the Red Devils?

I watched a young man from United all of last weekend (  left handed guard) and he, in my opinion, is the best I have seen in this area.

Kasen Harrison. I agree, along with Hefner from Nederland.

Can you go in-depth please?

Sure.  K. Harrison right now is head and shoulders IMO better than  the next best kid in this area.  And Heff is NOT the second best player in this area, IMHO. I can elaborate more, but we have until mid March to confirm my suspicions for the past 3 years...

So where does Bush, Lofton and Clover fit in your eyes?

Not solely

Ok, like 80/20... nonetheless, just one man's opinion (for whatever  its worth) thus  far going by what I've seen when they wear the uniforms in packed Tuesday and Friday night gymnasiums...

The summer play where these guys face much tougher opposition is used in ranking the players. High school play has very little to do with these rankings.

IMO, summer play is about the individual player. High school ball is about the team.

So when ranking a player, i will side with the experts (aka TexasHoops, Jim Hicks, Doug Jones, etc) who see these players much more than on Tuesday and Friday nights.
