Guest K-911 Posted July 1, 2007 Report Posted July 1, 2007 I would like to commend the Senior Babe Ruth program for giving young men of High School age a place to play baseball that is fun and relaxed. Many of the parents might think it is too relaxed. But if you ask the players they appreciate the relaxed atmosphere after a High School season that is filled with pressure. Keep up the good work.

Keep up the good work.I second that! It isn't too relaxed at all. If you ask the kids, they probably would not play if it were extremely competitive. They don't want the pressure put on them in HS ball. Sometimes they just want to go out there and play to have fun.

adminbaberuth Posted July 4, 2007 Author Report Posted July 4, 2007 yea...one of our players actually went with one of Mid-County's player at ETBU...You are correct. With all leagues using the same birth chart ie. Babe Ruth, Connie Mack,Pony and Little League, you could have a college player and 16 yr old Sr play in those age brackets. Here is the chart that the above leagues I mentioned use. According to the chart, he would have been eligible as his birthday doesn't fall until August 6. What happened there?
