Predictions on this game? It was a decent game last year until the 2nd half. Ended up being 49-0. Kountze lost quite a bit but they have a new staff and from what I noticed at their scrimmages, they have size and athletes all over the field. I think they will give EC a run for their money! It will probably be a high scoring game. Kountze is back in the spread and can sling the ball down the field. But will their defense be able to stop EC powerful offense?

And in no way is that against Kountze or improvements the program has made. Your just talking about a solid EC team that is probably going a minimum 3-4 rounds deep in the playoffs.

I hope the teams who got the Woodsheding  last year make improvements this year.. All these young men have worked  hard under the sun  to step out under the Friday Night Lights..
