Last season the West Hardin Oilers went 8-3 and a perfect 4-0 in 24-1A play to win the district championship. The game that everyone expected to be a barn burner for the championship turned out to be a blowout win for the Oilers as they beat Hull-Diasetta 36-7. West Hardin is once again expected to be at the top of the district race with Hull-Diasetta in 2007 and many expect the championship to once again be decided when these two meet up.
