Who's the best 2A team in the area?

there is a lot of 2A teams that are coming back with alot of their starters. who will dominate this year in 2A?

As much as it pains me to say it ...... Newton is prolly the best AA school in the area followed by EC.

Yea, I was going to say EC with Thomas, but in my old age I had forgotten about Newton. I'll have to go with Newton, last year, this year and next year.

Possible Division 2 mathchup if Woodville makes the playoffs.  That's one game I would be willing to pay to see.  EC is loaded this year, and Newton is also going to be strong.

Those kids in Newton grow up with the expectation of playing deep into the playoffs. Having the belief you're gonna win can be the edge needed in those games in which athletic talent of both teams is fairly equal.

East Chambers...Great Offense... Newton. I'm pretty sure will have another good year at defense. They both come up evenly in my mind.

Newton will be number one until EC can knock them off the perch.  No one else in 2A is even close.

yes both schools are good, but i heard the one 2a team to watch this next year is warren. they supposedly had alot of solid players on jv that have been hittin the weightroom & will be on varsity this year. we'll just have to see what they do this year.

Newton is the best followed by EC, but I tell you what there are not really in this area but they are in the Newton district and that is Corrigan Camden and I think they would give EC a run for there money in a game it would be an exciting game though. But Newton is the best team in 2A in the area by far in my opinion. I don't think Warren is in the same group as Newton and EC I would say they would be like the 4th or 5th best 2a in the area.
