A no-win incident.   I understand authorities determined there was no incident (correct me if I'm wrong).  So you either have a student falsely accusing someone, or you have a cover-up.   Hate either one happened.

Standard reporting in that nothing is really explained or the responses aren’t understood by the media. 

The police investigated it. The district can do what it wants internally but they don’t investigate crimes. 

What some people call sexual assault, sexual abuse (whatever that is) or other allegations, many times aren’t crimes even if it is true  

Some kid on a bus tries to kiss a girl on the cheek and some people will claim sexual assault.
