Should Victims Be Able To Sue Sanctuary Cities?

I heard Trump talk yesterday and he said they want to pass a law that any victims of illegals can sue sanctuary cities if the crime was done in their city.  Thoughts?

Excellent idea. You should also be able to sue the governor of the state for allowing them to exist in the first place. Start with that POS governor of California.
