Anyone from Deweyville have any pics they can post of the new stadium?

I was up there yesterday and to be honest I'm not so sure they are going to play there. The track is nowhere near being finished. All around the field is growed up with weeds and stuff. I have heard that they are going to be in a legal thing with the contractor. Here's the good news the practice field looked GREAT!.

ya we run on the track at the workouts and i dont think we should worry about fixing it until after the season is over, and if we get a rainy game we would sink under the ground but the i think it should be played on though just gotta work on the field more..

whole school and stadium looks good from the highway.state of the art.hopefully deweyville will "break it  in" with a win against vinton.make texas proud.

We will play in it..i mean when you go by the field it looks so nice!!!! but its still kinda soft and when it rains im sure there will be a mudpit!!

Does anyone know anything about Vinton? do they have a school site?

Not much on their website.  kenramsey.com will keep up with the schedule during the year.  They went three rounds in the playoffs last year.  Usually very fast and athletic.  They are a double A school in Louisiana.  If I had to compare them to anybody I would say they would compare to Newton or EC talent and speed wise.  They will not be as disciplined as Newton or EC.  If D-ville can contain the outside they should do well.  You will have to run over them, probably won't outrun them.  But good luck, should be a good game.
