Green Peace shuts down Houston Ship Channel

They are hanging from the Fred Hartman Bridge to protest the oil industry.  Police need to go cut their ropes

Why is the ship channel shut down. Makes no since. Keep those boats coming in and out if it smacks one. Oh well.  Good riddance
