After WOS coaching staff carefully reread all of 14.2's  post the school board thought it would be better to cancel game and save the embarrassment of getting beat down on a wet field.

All this talk of a wet field and such, new field turf that drains great would make this weeks rains a non factor.

No team is running from competition. Or scared to play in the rain. It's not the field conditions that dictated the cancellation of the GAME. Destiny/fate was put into place way before this was ever a storm.

After walking through flood waters tonight to rescue my 70+ year old parents. This all seems so irrelevant. Hug your children. Count your blessings. Enjoy the moments. Live on to fight another day.

Tomorrow has to be a better day.

No kidding, the field is fine. If we could just get the teams and fans to the arena safely then Crosby could go ahead and wear that arse whippin. There are other priorities at this time. Cougar fans...you made it,,,, the Governor called, see you next time.
