Wildcat2021 Posted October 17, 2019 Report Posted October 17, 2019 This is always a good district match up! I am curious to see if either team is the “real deal”. This game can go either way in my opinion. What do you guys think? Quote

BruinGrad87 Posted October 17, 2019 Report Posted October 17, 2019 This could be a very entertaining game.... I am going to say Liberty takes it by a score on account of physicality Quote
Liberty1952 Posted October 17, 2019 Report Posted October 17, 2019 In all seriousness, I was lucky enough to catch the HJ/HF game last week. HF did a nice job stacking the box with 9 and containing a similar offense. Liberty’s OL and backs are bigger and more physical than HJ so it should be exciting if you like that 2yards and a cloud of dust type football. Liberty’s defense will really have to play lights out and possibly move an athlete in as a qb spy. A mobile qb has been their Achilles heel all year. Win or lose I’m just happy we don’t have to continue our non district tour of towns along US-59. Also this is historically Liberty’s sloppiest week of football. County schools have been out most of the week for the fair and the kids always seem to have a tough time playing when their routine is messed up. Quote

You are completely right, this is always the dreaded TVE week. I think Liberty’s offensive line has to play lights out for them to win this game. HF’s quarterback is explosive and dangerous. If Liberty doesn’t come to play this one could get ugly. Quote
