Vidor is going to come out in the spread all night.  Got that inside info from Mathews himself.

Wishbone, same variated blocking schemes & still a running attack that you can throw out of...  That's about as original as Matthews would get.

I'm more concerned with weather delays Friday night than whatever secret weapon Vidor will have.  I can't take another lightening delayed game like we had a few weeks back.  Made for a REALLY late night.

Will we get our first win at home this year?

Will Vidor get their first win over Ned, in Ned, in forever?  No offense to Ned fans, but I hope the Bulldogs they have their worst game in a long time.  Fumbles galore - Dropped passes -  bad snaps - erratic passes - stupid penalties - bad coaches decisions - missed tackles - DB’s falling down on both Vidor pass plays.  This may not be a rivalry game, but there’s a heckuva lot more at stake for both teams than the usual rivalry game.

2016 isn't what I would describe as forever

Lol, but you’ll admit it doesn’t happen often?  Bad choice of words, but I think most get the idea.  Vidor’s won/lost record against Ned is dismal.   Really a shame it’ll be played in the mud, the blood, and the beer (to quote J. Cash), but both teams have it to do.   Should be a good game.

Might be the last game played in the mud at Bulldog Stadium sad to see it go.
