Based upon historical/ongoing precedence at WH, one would assume that the clock runs on a regular basis. Low end performers such as WH must seek alternate means of "score control" when talent shortcomings are en-vogue.

If this is in reference to last years baseball coach, you've found him here. No idea who that guy is. Hope you guys manage to keep it closer than we did last year and make some noise in the playoffs
