I like how it has Barbers Hill ranked in the top 25 but coming in behind unranked PNG in district.  I think PNG will get 2nd but I would be very surprised if they won the district.  Hopefully a few other teams improved as PNG and BH will need some good games in district before playoffs start.

PNG girls have a lot of work to do, hope they can be consistent all year.

After watching West Brook at the scrimmage this past Saturday and knowing that they have a new coach, I think they make the playoffs this year.

agree picking PNG over BH but having BH higher in state and region must of been a mistake.

16 5A - Nacogdoches at 2nd is interesting...    

22 3A  EC 1 and Orangefield 2 - this could go either way - but I think Orangefield will finish 1

and they have Kirbyville finishing 4th and 8th... prob right on the 8th..

 

Glad the season is getting underway!   Rankings don't matter - W/L matters now.

Wanted to clarify on the PNG - BH situation...

We think both will split games but PNG wins on coin flip and we project they will get the 1 seed come playoff time. It may look weird at first but in detail, it makes sense. 

Also, Kirbyville typo is fixed lol.

OF should get 1st but after that I think it could be a toss up for 2-5th
